Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Our goal is to ship your order as fast as possible.

BUT...

sometimes things are out of our control and we may be waiting on a shipment of items needed to complete your order. In those instances we will send you an email letting you know that there is a delay and a projected date when your order may arrive.

We appreciate your patience and as always are extremely glad that you took the time to make a purchase with us. We will do our best to be respectful of your time and understand that if a delay on our end impacts when your product is needed we are very willing to discuss a refund with you with our sincerest apologies. 

Return & Exchange Policy

We understand that purchasing items online is not the same as purchasing them in person. If one of our products does not meet your expectations please return the item, at your expense, for a full refund minus shipping and handling.

Please follow this process when returning items:

  1. Contact Blue Coconut Publications and Mercantile via email at jswigart@bluecoconutpublicationsmercantile.com explaining that the item purchased is not satisfactory and that it will be returned with an expected date of return to our offices. 

  2. Once the item is received a full refund, minus shipping and handling, will be credited back to your account in which the purchased was made. We do not give credits for other merchandise or refunds in a different form that the item(s) were purchased.
